A Little Jumpy

Do you really think I could arrive home from my adventure without meeting new people?  Maine is such a beautiful state with it's massive pines, rocky coastline and very friendly people.  So...

In taking the scenic route, when I came across the bright orange signs that said "One Lane Ahead" because of road repairs, like everyone else, I slowed down.  The only difference between the other drivers and I were, that they didn't see what was going on.

Pulling over onto the edge of the field across from the action, once all the traffic passed and the road was quiet, I rolled down my window and asked if I could take a few shots.  Yes, more nice people...:)

just seeing, saying, and sharing...

It just goes to show you should always have your camera to hand when life slows you down, it's surprising what you see when you take a closer look.
Thank you for sharing this unexpected interlude with the MM crowd this week.

I love being the passenger in the car. I was always letting out a "stop" to my hubby because I saw something along the road. I miss those days. I'm glad you stopped to enjoy a little jumping!

You can always find something good if you take the time to look around.

I have spent less than two hours on a horse - I may have to try it again I think.

Nice pictures and story.
