I tasted these pies when I was 12 and said NOOOO.. but have not tasted one as an adult. I found things I did not like then I do like now. of course now I can't eat it because I gave up sugar. 20 months now.
Can’t find fresh rhubarb down here in southwest Louisiana, but canned LuckyLeaf strawberry/rhubarb pie filling is a great substitute. We love the creamed pie recipe on the label. Bet your pie would top that❣️😉 Linda@Wetcreek Blog
it is a wonderful time to bake and spend time in the kitchen when it is too hot to enjoy the outdoors. and it is way too hot here to enjoy the outdoors....putting the oven on heats up my house so i try to avoid that but you need indoor projects when it is so hot outdoors!! maybe something in my crockpot would be better for me. your pies look heavenly!!!

Oh, rhubarb pie would be wonderful. I had a blueberry mango smoothie yesterday and it was to die for. Too bad it was the last mango or I'd do another today.
