Through My Eyes

Passing numerous scenic views as we hiked that day, I found myself stopping frequently. During a conversation, "just let me get this shot," I would say.  "It is such a beautiful reflection."

Then as I snapped and replaced the lens cover, I could see them gazing out, looking for "something."   Apparently they saw nothing.

seeing nothing is the most beautiful of all. it is very difficult here to find beauty like this with NOTHING in it that doesn't belong there.

Many people take trees, water, dead leaves, everything - for granted, so they truly can't see the beauty that we do! Elegant pictures!
