In addition to hitting the gym three times a week, I have now resumed walking each morning regardless of the weather. My purpose is simple...a little extra cardio can't hurt.
Venturing into the woods just after dawn, I've surprised our small herd of deer several times.
By the time I finish my morning constitutional, it is light enough to even make a pit-stop to visit Otis and Millie..
