However, before you go here's the recipe:
Prepare a balsamic reduction** and drizzle about half on your pizza crust of choice.
Slice tomato and red onion THIN. Place on pizza.
Sprinkle on shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Place shredded leftover chicken tenders next.
Add another thin layer of cheese.
Drizzle on remaining balsamic reduction.
Bake on pizza stone for 8-10 minutes @ 450
**Mix/stir balsamic vinegar and honey together in a small saucepan and place over high heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer until the vinegar mixture has reduced to about 1/3 cup, (about 10 minutes).
