The Wings of Change



I feel it in the air and see it in the sky.

The immature is becoming more and more independent.  Soon, she will either leave of her own accord or be evicted by her parents to start a life of her own.

  5. ok so now I'm wondering how you tell the difference with eagles. I know with most birds the male is more colorful

  6. This is so cool. I think I would faint if I ever saw an eagle. We do have them in our area of Michigan I am told. I see hawks and jump up and down and point! ;-D

  8. I've been fascinated watching birds hatch and grow and fledge in some nest came for the past couple of years. I always feel a bit sad when they leave for good.
