Did I tell you I finally resumed Tai Chi?
Just saying that makes me feel good inside and attending the first class of this session was wonderful!

However, last week's class was only the beginning as, once again, I attended and volunteered to work at the 

World Tai Chi and Qigong Day ~17th Annual Celebration.

The Experts shared their endless knowledge
and wisdom... 

received awards for years of dedication...

demonstrated their talents...

teaching us beneficial

and useful forms all to improve our health and well being.


  1. We tried Tai Chi but just couldn't get the hang of it unfortunately. I can do so little standing for any time now I am never likely to get try again, more's the pity.
    I probably need a sitting down type if there is such a thing.
    I envy people that area able to enjoy those activities, such as yourself.

  5. I tried Tai Chi but I'm not what you could call coordinated.

  6. I would love to know your experience with it. I have heard it is great for balance, and I have terrible balance and fall quite a bit.
