That Day

I was in Woodbridge when it happened and the Pres was at Engine 6.  We all remember where we were that day.  When we got home that afternoon, he told me he wanted to volunteer to help.  We went together for him to sign up although he was never selected.  That day changed our lives.  That day changed the world.

Remember them.

  2. You know, I think this is the first year that I haven't had that day foremost in my mind. I must be getting old. For the families affected it will never be forgotten. I hope that the years will bring them some peace.

    Never forget the evil done that day.
    Never forget those who were murdered that day.
    Never forget the bravery of the first responders, on Flt. 93, at the Pentagon, of so many of the survivors, and those who searched the Pile after that day.
