Take It Outside




Yes, sometimes when there's a cool breeze right before sunset, we "take it outside."



Depending on what we're about to practice, we take our positions and we begin.

Inhaling deeply, aligning our spine before Joe says,
"Let's begin."


Yes, sometimes we take our Tai Chi outside
and I love it!

Did you know that Tai Chi can be used to energize or for relaxation?

  8. I relax every morning on the porch with a cup of coffee! I did take Tai Chi for awhile but I never got to the 'feeling the energy' part. Good for you for enjoying it. You should post a video.
