I would never ever never buy one, but my mother would have bought them ALL... down here there is a place that brings this things to a house with a birthday and puts one for each year.. they use flamingos and cows... i told bob if he ever did that i would crack him upside the house... i love real flamingos and statues but no plastic anything for me.... i wonder if our HD has them
Oh gosh.... I have considered buying one, just to be silly, but then I snap to my senses and say, WHAT FOR? Nope, I choose to leave them at the store. LOL
Would. Ot consider buying any, but then we already have 2 very faded ones standing guard in our small veggie garden. These were planted there by a former neighbor years ago and remain even though the neighbor has since moved.
No, I wouldn't have purchased one. We're not big lawn ornament people. The real question here is.....DID YOU?????.
Haha! I bought 4 of them from our local Dollar Store two years ago! They are still in the original boxes in our garage. Never have seen the light of day! Same for the plastic duck decoys high up on the shelf in the garage. Why did we buy all these fake birds when we have enough real ones around here? Guess we are the "bird brains!" Linda@Wetcreek Blog
I do have one, that I purchased thru a fund raiser.. I think they are cute. Happy Sunday!
i think they're neat. :) if i lived in town, i'd be tempted. :)
I doubt that I would ever buy one. My house has very little curb appeal as it is I don't think this would enhance it much :)I did pass a house once though that had their front yard loaded with pink flamingos. There had to be at least 50 of them
I wouldn't buy one, I find them tacky looking. They're often found in flocks on lawns of a person with a milestone birthday around here. :-)
Oh, you couldn't buy just one~! You'd have to buy at least 5 or 7. What fun.
Oh my, I'm trying to think what a group are called. I don't think it's a flock. No, I would not buy one because they are everywhere around here! But I just might buy a REAL one!
No wouldn't buy one, not my style but hey to each his own.
Maybe as a joke. I always think Florida when I see one.
To think I had pink flowers highlighted and not a flamingo in sight! :)Karen
Haha. That's funny. I wonder if they're coming back in style again. I had 2 given to me for my 40th birthday so they'd be vintage by now. LOL
I have to admit that I've thought of buying one or two, but not for my lawn, but on someone else's as a joke! :-)But there is something nostalgic about them, and I'm all about nostalgia!
Look at all those pink flamingos! How cute!
One maybe, but hubby wouldn't like it
They do look cute in a big bunch like that - but, no, they aren't really my style. I have to admit, though, their cheerful color makes me smile.
