Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe doesn't make a lot but they sure do taste delicious...just like eating a round brownie!

2 c all-purpose flour
3/4 c baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 c butter (softened)
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 3/4 c chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda in medium bowl.  Beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.  Beat in eggs.  Gradually beat in flour mixture.  Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablesoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.  Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but soft.  Cool on wire baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to wire cooling racks.

I made regular chocolate chip cookies yesterday. Must be the season! I used to have a recipe for chocolate chocolate chip cookies using pudding mix. They were yummy. I think I'll have to dig that out.
