- Nestled in Connecticut's "Last Green Valley," the journey continues....
really a lot of charm here, the snow in the crotch of the tree, the sagging wire, the beautiful old barn...
Wow! What a lovely winter barn scene!
wonder what the green parts are? are they windows or just decorative items? so neat!! ( :
Very nice picture.
That looks so New England. Lovely barn in snow.
what a great winter scene. Winter down on the farm. Love it
Love this red barn in the snow!P.S. - have you heard what happened to Buddy this weekend? :-(
Very pretty! You just have to love a red barn in the snow.
I don't know where you are in relation to New Canaan, but my dad grew up there. His family settled in Connecticut for over 300 years...Weston, Reading, Stamford, New Haven... He was the first of his male family to leave Connecticut. He moved to California during WWII. He used to talk about the winters in Connecticut. Being a native Californian, I have never lived in snow...Yes, we will have temps in the mid-70's here next week! Wish I could share some of our sunshine with you! :-)Cheryl Ann
