A Fierce Game of Christmas Tag

Okay, so it's not fierce.  It's more friendly.  I have been tagged by:  Lisa @ Two Bears Farm .  After you read my answers, to the questions, look to see if you have been tagged!

.When do you usually know and feel that it's finally the holidays? The Christmas spirit hits me during November when I begin my preparation for my baking.  That's when I begin to listen to my Christmas music.  That's when I begin to decorate the house.  The whole thing brings much excitement and joy...:)
.What do you want for Christmas this year?  I usually don't want anything for Christmas because my husband doesn't exchange gifts.  He's a distant relative of Scrooge, I think.  So, I'm happy to have what I have.  I get so much joy out of seeing others get excited that it's enough for me!
.Do you go all out with decorations?  I absolutely LOVE TO DECORATE MY HOUSE.  If I had my way, I would decorate my entire 20 acres!
.What are you doing Christmas Eve?  We head back to Connecticut for Christmas and this year, I'll get to spend time with my youngest grand daughter and my son who has Christmas Eve day off which I'm really excited about!  Then Christmas Eve itself, we will head to my husband's oldest daughter's to see the other six grand children (3 boys & 3 girls).  It is non-stop chatter in every room.
.What are you doing Christmas Day?  On Christmas morning, I'm hoping that my husband will drive me over to watch the "little one" open her gifts!!!  Then, we will head to my daughter's where I will help her to do some cooking and prep for her dinner later that day.  My daughter has such a sense of flare when it comes to entertaining!  She does not take after me.
.It's Christmas time. What are you reading?  Usually, the only thing I'm reading is recipes!!!  I generally do not read during this time of the year.  I'm too busy going, doing, etc.
.Favorite movie to watch during the holidays?  My favorite Christmas movie is: How the Grinch Stole Christmas (with Boris Karloff narrating)
.Favorite Christmas song?  Out of all the Christmas songs that I truly love, I would have to pick: The Little Drummer Boy.
.Favorite holiday drink?  I'm really not much of a drinker other than water sorry to say.
.How is your Christmas shopping going?   I've done the shopping for those that I buy gifts for.  I'm always early on that.  Joe gives his grand children money.  He hates lines, stores, etc.
.If you could spend Christmas Day anywhere else, where would you spend it?  I really wish this year that I could spend more time with those I love.  So that would be back in Connecticut!
.Any holiday traditions?  For all the years that Joe and I have been together, it's always been Christmas Eve at his daughter's and Christmas Day at my daughter's.  He has such a huge family (he's one of eight) so there really isn't much time for anything else.

.Favorite thing about the holidays?  Seeing the excitement and joy that Christmas brings to others!  It always makes me cry!!!'re it!

thanks for the tag, but my christmas answers could not compare to yours. what a fun holiday you are having and will have. loved hearing about your tradtions. my only thing that matches yours is we do not exchange gifts with each other. we both are hard to shop for and buy what we want when we want it. neither of us like a gift just to get a gift, we rather buy our own. this year i gave me a lap top
