The donkeys on the island of Aruba are wild.
Protected and cared for by the people devoted to the Donkey Sanctuary,

JP, When our neighbor kept sheep for another farmer.....he had a donkey in the pasture with them...to keep the coyotes away....but the donkey chased those sheep lots of times...yes, I always laughed at him ...his name was Jack. :):) Blessings, xoxo, Susie

Oh, lovely! I like donkeys very much - such intelligent creatures. When we lived on an island there were wild donkeys who used to visit for treats. I had to make my own bread - no shops - and as soon as I took it out of the oven and set it to cool those donkeys would arrive. The could smell the bread a mile away, and expected their share!
