Time Well Spent

Walking with my daughter as the guys (the Pres and Angel) meandered ahead of us reflecting...pondering on what was ahead.

Weekend Reflections

The other day my son called asking if we could get together when he's on vacation.  While this weekend the Pres and I head to Newport to spend my daughter's birthday with her and Angel, next week another road trip is on our radar.  When I asked the visiting nurses about taking "trips" in the car, their answers were really not helpful.  The Pres says he's up for it, which is all that matters.

Yesterday more family came by to visit the Pres...

hence, time well spent.

Oh this is a photo for thought and much reflection! Good for you and getting out to spend time with family. Do it, enjoy and just go easy, I can bet each trip will be well worth it in spirits for sure!

Nice shot, but take it easy. I'm no visiting nurse, but road trips in the summer (or winter up where you live!) can be tiring. Just saying! Linda@Wetcreek Blog

Absolutely love that photograph. Very happy to see the Pres up and about in the midst of such richness.

That looks like the lane down the middle of our farm!

JP, I just did some back reading and learned about the open heart surgery. I am so glad that it went well and he is back home with you. I remember Max's heart attack like it was yesterday...just stents; no open heart surgery so his recover was much faster. Bless you both.

Enjoy the road trip.
