Old Fences

Taken in December of 2012, this is one of my favorite pictures.

Of course, now we have the fence that Pres built (rather than the wire) running along the gravel road, but I still love this photo.

This week I only have our fences to share.  That's what happens when you stay home to recuperate from a strained glut and lower back and what feels like a sinus infection.

My body needs air I tell you...air that will not freeze my lungs.  Supposedly it's coming this weekend along with some more "white magic"!

For the past few weeks, rather than walking down the gravel road to get the mail and the paper, the Pres has been taking his truck.

He too, is getting tired of the bitter cold.  The snow we can take.
After all, Spring is right around the corner.

I like the second photo where the deer are barely visible, almost ghost like.

I am glad he is getting out a bit in his truck. And so sorry you are now unwell. I hope you went or are going to the doctor? IF you can even get on the road! The first picture is my favorite! The tree is beautiful and looks coated in ice.

Yes that first shot is lovely. I bet you are tired of winter by now. We've been very lucky to have had a mild winter here. Enjoyed the shots of the deer.

I'm sure the cold air isn't good for the Pres. There is such beauty in your property covered in white. If it snows again, hire someone to shovel and plow! Take care.
