A New Twist

Wanting something a little different the other day for lunch, I decided to get creative.  Romaine, cherry tomatoes, sweet red pepper, scallions, leftover chicken breast, and a small orange topped with Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar dressing...YUM!

The sweetness of the Orange with the vinegar was a perfect match...try it!

Sharing a new twist with an old salad just by adding an orange!

Speaking of twists, it shouldn't be long before I hit the water again.  Since it is Spring, I should be able to hang up the snowshoes and take down the kayak.  Except, here's a new twist...snow is predicted Saturday!
