Fun With Dick and Jane

Nothing but
snow...

and more snow...

and more snow...

everywhere we turned.

Meanwhile, using the snowblower, the Pres cut through the deep, crusted piles of snow in back of the garage, opening up a good sized area for the deer to take cover and hunker down.  When we watched them struggle around the perimeter of the fence, we wanted to do something for them.  Leaping and jumping through it, they would be so helpless if they tried to run.

Sharing

fun with Dick and Jane with you and those at

Did you notice I am no longer referring to this stuff as "white magic"?

I love the beautiful bluebirds and the pretty deer. You did get a lot of snow.. Knock on wood, the big storms keep missing us... Love the mosaic and cute puppy dog!

Oh how nice, reminders of home! Yes, how come you've lost the magic JP? Have you read posts from gals out west complaining about rain day after day - let's trade with them and see which we prefer. :-)
Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday.

You are so tender hearted! I love the puffed up bluebirds! I thought they migrate away from the cold? Their collage is amazing and beautiful. Poor little things are struggling. Is that icicles? Brrr.

I love what you did with the mosaics. When my life calms down a bit, I want to practice making those.

Yeah. The magic is gone here too. Beautiful mosaics. Have the bluebirds stayed there all winter? So pretty to see them in the whiteness. And the deer....nice to help them out too.

Now that is snow! We are sadly lacking here.

Loved the pictures of the critters (all of them including the snowblowing one)

Dear Friend,
I guess the picture of a white magical blanket called Winter will eventually disappear into the Spring arms...
Blessings,
Starry.

Yes we have an excess of snow here too ( in New Brunswick Canada, next door to Maine.) I'm ready for spring now... Great mosaics - love seeing the bluebirds and deer...
