Nothing But Scenic & Fences

Ending up with a whopping 22.5 inches of "white magic," the plans for our day included staying home to enjoy our own fences.  Although you've seen them before, that's what I have for today...

Scenic Fences

These were taken early Tuesday morning about six hours into the storm.
Then later that afternoon, I looked out from the great room and saw this.  Being light and fluffy, the snow did not stick to the branches because of the 40-50 mph winds.

so the wind was a good thing, it did not weigh down the limbs and make them break. that is one pile of snow... glad you have no damage like the coast does

It is a pretty winter scene, and good thing you still think it's magic!

My oh my that is a lot of snow girl. It looks so pretty. By now most know I'm not a fan of winter and I really do feel for those who've had this much snow. I keep saying, Spring is just one day closer as each day goes by.

That's a lot of snow. We have the wet heavy stuff here. It's been a mixture of rain and snow all day. YUCK

Beautiful to see, but thankful we do not have it in Texas.

I'd wondered about your snow total and hope all is well! I remember when we lived in Alaska and our fence post would be totallyl buried in the snow--I always knew it was close to spring it would start to appear! Stay warm, and I hope your week is ending on a good note!!

That first fence is very pretty. You certainly have had a lot of snow fall.
