Speaking Of and To

The first LONG HAIRED CORGI I have ever met.  Unfortunately I was so enamored with him that I didn't ask his owners his name.  He and his "sister" (Joy) joined us on a walk through the woods last week.

They found all sorts of scents in the woods...
scents that he just had to have!

And it was a tad muddy in spots.  Can you tell?

Don't you want to know why I know his sister's name is Joy?
She needed a little more "speaking to"...LOL!

WOOF!

We had a corgi when I was growing up. Her name was Candy, because she was so sweet. Lovely photos!

Oh my goodness! I love Corgis and have NEVER seen a long haired one! I did not even know there are long haired ones. In fact when I saw your pictures, I first thought he was a Sheltie. He is beyond happy in the mud and leaves...

Oh. My. GOODNESS they are the most AAAAADORABLE little things EVER!!! I have a long-haired wienie dog and I thought there couldn't be another prettier, sweeter dog than my Bayley---but oh my if I ever got close to one of these Corgis I would just HAVE to take one home with me. :D

I have wanted one of these dogs forever! One time I was asking for one, and my husband's nephew knocked on the door and had a pup in his hand and I asked if it was for me! It wasn't. He was coming over and had just bought it so he thought he'd show it off! Cute!

I've never seen a long haired corgi, sweet pair. Why must dogs roll in unsavoury things one the ground?
Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday, Merry Christmas!

What an adorable little dog! It is very early here, but I wanted to be sure and say Merry Christmas to you. My left arm is still not pain free and it is causing numbness down into left hand and so I will be copying and pasting this message for my blogging friends, but did not want to leave anyone out of this greeting, coming from my heart to your own. We have a blog draft in the works for publishing on Friday and then a hope and a prayer that the New Year will be good to everyone~
