Getting To Know Him

Watching the crew work while the Pres stood attentively supervising, I found this dog absolutely remarkable.  Even Moon and Copper liked him.  In fact, I think Moon may have been infatuated with him but settled for her soul mate, Copper, at the end of the day.

This seven year old guy worked, played, rested and did anything and everything his owner told him to.  When Doug told him to wait, he waited...and waited...and waited.

Oh, the garage?  Footings...done.  Foundation walls...done.  Backfilling...done.  Excavation...done. Three loads of gravel...delivered.  Conduit dug and completed.  Today...the floor gets was poured!!

Sharing more of Ned, THE MOST WELL BEHAVED CANINE, with you and those at

Mosaic Monday

because we had to say good-bye to Doug, his crew and Ned.
They did their job...:)

How do they do it? Get a dog to behave so well, that is! Is this garage a pole barn type structure?

I sit here shaking my head JP at all the obedience courses Topaz and I took and although he's pretty good, not at all like Ned! It must have something to do with the breed.
Glad your floor is poured and the work is progressing.
Thank you for linking to Mosaic Monday.

Ned sure is beautiful! I wish I would take the time to try to train my girls to do things. Jazz will sit at least! lol Poor old Two has an odd talent that I went back in the house to try to get some video of it but she quit doing it when I had the camera out. She makes a noise that sounds like a woodpecker or Perry the platapus on that cartoon. It is hilarious!

Aw, I'm betting you are going to miss Ned. Nice you got all those pictures of him though. Doug must be a very patient and kind man to have such a well behaved and trained dog.

Enjoyed seeing the photos of Ned once again, JP. He is a very handsome and apparently well mannered canine.

What a handsome GSD! I wish my Ridgebacks would mind as well as he seems to.
