Peanut Butter Goodness

Stephanie my OD, other daughter from the gym, gave me a recipe a few weeks ago. Last week, Luke, Laura and the girls came by so I thought I would use them as guinea pigs. Since I couldn't decide what I wanted to put out along with the brownies and pound cake, I whipped up one of these that morning.

Peanut Butter Pie

8 oz cream cheese
1 c confectioner's sugar
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
Combine above in a mixing bowl
Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip
Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and place in frig.
Prior to serving, drizzle chocolate on top.

Here's hoping....:)

One more thing,
It was a hit...:)

Have you discovered any new desserts this Summer?

Oh yum! I have to make this for my friend, she loves peanut butter, and even carries graham cracker and peanut butter sandwiches in her purse! Just in case she should get hungry. In fact she did this today when we were out.

This looks so good and like something that you can whip up quickly. This summer I tried salted caramel brownies...easy to make and so good... I had to have hubby hide them from me! :)

I've never tried Peanut Butter Pie but it looked pretty yummy. I want to bake Brownies this week using Zucchini in them.

Oh that looks good! I might have to convert the recipe a bit for UK ingredients, but I could probably make an acceptable version.

Mmmmmm
