Take It Outside

Yes, sometimes when there's a cool breeze right before sunset, we "take it outside."

Depending on what we're about to practice, we take our positions and we begin.

Inhaling deeply, aligning our spine before Joe says,
"Let's begin."

Yes, sometimes we take our Tai Chi outside
and I love it!

Did you know that Tai Chi can be used to energize or for relaxation?

I've often thought I'd like to do my yoga outside, you do have a nice place for your Tai Chi.

I relax every morning on the porch with a cup of coffee! I did take Tai Chi for awhile but I never got to the 'feeling the energy' part. Good for you for enjoying it. You should post a video.

I have heard that it is very good, and for any age. And also good for balance, too. How awesome to do it in nature with a cool breeze, what could be better?
