Night, Night

When we took down Christmas, I decided it was about time that I put Alva to sleep.  It's time.

Trimming her down to the bare dry soil and hunting around for an box befitting her, she was once again, tucked away into the darkness.  She will remain there until Spring.

Will one of you please remind me to take her off the shelf and out of the box before we go to Aruba in March?

Yes, my boot box is the perfect size and this time, I'm leaving her in plain sight right in the utility room rather than tucked away in the back of the closet.

Say Good-night to Alva.

Goodnight Alva. Alva is lucky she lives with you and not me, otherwise she would have been history a long time ago

Like Linda, I too am ignorant of who..what Alva is. Obviously a plant of some kind but what kind is the question? I hope though that she has a good rest and welcomes you when next you attend to her.
