Lemon Bars

Another favorite over Christmas with the family is a recipe I got from a fellow Virginia Operations Consultant.  These are delicious.

CHESS BARS

1 box Lemon Cake Mix
1 stick butter melted
1 egg beaten

Mix together and pat into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.

1 box confectioner's sugar 
3 eggs
1 8 oz cream cheese softened

Beat well and pour over mixture.  Bake at 375 approximately 30 minutes or until light brown around edges (depending on your oven).

Cool completely before cutting into bars.
