L is for...

Letting the sea slowly wash away my footsteps made me relax even more.  My prints were not heavy as I was not stressed.  There was no pounding the sand as I walked.  I felt light.  At peace and almost whimsical, my carefree jaunt carried me past the familiar sights along the beachfront.  The ocean does wonders for your soul.  It's rhythmic flow is as calming as listening to my own breathing.  Slowly, it continued, growing louder, drowning out the surrounding sounds.  In then out.  Inhaling the good and exhaling the bad almost in unison with the tide.

Sand & Sea

Life is like a stroll on the beach
No matter where you've been, you can always begin again.

Good thing I just got to the beach myself. Otherwise I think I'd be bitter you didn't take me ;-)

The sand is so pristine, unlike the sand we have in Florida. Always wanted to go to Aruba but have never been there. I will be back to see what else you are showcasting in the -Z.

I think that beach visit is very good for you.

Just being on the farm works for me.
